The honest version: PepTrack keeps your data on your device by default, an account only backs up your own tracker, and nothing here feeds an ad network.

01The short version

PepTrack is local-first. By default, everything you log lives in your own browser and never leaves your device. We don’t run advertising trackers, we don’t build profiles, and we don’t sell data. An account is optional and exists only to back up and sync your own tracker.

02What stays on your device

Doses, protocols, inventory, and preferences you enter into the tracker are stored in your browser’s local storage. If you never create an account, that data is never transmitted to us — clearing your browser storage erases it completely.

03If you create an account

Creating a free account stores your email address (for sign-in) and a synced copy of your own tracker data with our authentication and database provider, so you can reach it across devices. We use it only to operate the sync feature. We don’t use your tracker contents for advertising, and we don’t share them with third parties except the infrastructure provider that stores them on our behalf.

04No ad tech

PepTrack does not embed third-party advertising or behavioural-tracking pixels, and does not sell or rent personal information. Any analytics we use are limited to understanding aggregate, non-identifying usage so we can improve the reference.

05Your choices

You stay in control: clear your on-device data at any time from your browser, and if you have an account you can delete it — which removes your synced tracker data — by contacting us. A service worker caches the app for offline use; clearing site data removes that too.
